Barbie Bundles Refund & Exchange Policy
 

At Barbie Bundles, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have the following refund and exchange policy:
 

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
     

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
 

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Have all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Not have been cut, dyed, washed, styled, or altered in any way.
     

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect color, length, or style selected by the customer.

  • Wigs that have been worn, altered, washed, cut, dyed, or customized.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
     

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method used for purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by Barbie Bundles.
 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment if processing has not yet begun.
